Dive into a world of fun, movement, and mindfulness this summer with TWO different 4-week sessions of yoga classes specially tailored for ages 4-7! Allow your little one to discover their inner yogi with Michelle Bruce as she creates a safe and playful space where children can create, teach, grow, and learn while becoming mindfully aware of their own movement and breath in relation to the world around them. Each class incorporates playful poses, imaginative adventures, and calming techniques perfect for young minds and bodies.

• Cheerful music and lots of laughter!

Bring a mat, water bottle, curiosity, and a playful spirit as we explore what it is to be mindfully in motion in a fun way together. Choose individual classes from any of the available dates across both sessions, or bundle all four classes within the same session and save. Spaces are limited, so book a spot early!

*When registering, please use the name of the parent or guardian to sign up a child for the series. Parents/Guardians are encouraged to be in lobby or within a few minutes of studio during class.

    Michelle is present, loving and inspired. In her classes you can expect clear intuitive cueing, inspiring energy, and laughter with a solid safe ground to land on. She is deeply compassionate and mindful of all beings. Yoga is her moment to moment medicine. Michelle aims to create a space for people to see the student and the teacher within themselves. She regularly leads Slow Flow and Prenatal Yoga classes at our Lynden Yoga Collective studio.
