Chair Yoga: FREE Demo Class!
Accessible • Gentle • Therapeutic

Curious about chair yoga? We're offering a special free demo class as a way to introduce Chair Yoga to our community and gauge interest for a potential ongoing series. If you’ve been curious to try this deeply supportive and accessible practice, now’s the time! Led by Devon Brunner, a 500-hour certified yoga therapist with training in Hatha, Therapeutic, and Iyengar yoga, this class offers a welcoming space for every body — regardless of age, experience, mobility, or flexibility.

  • Chair yoga is a great option for anyone who finds traditional mat classes challenging or uncomfortable, including those recovering from injury, living with chronic conditions, or simply seeking a gentler approach. We'll explore mindful movement, breath awareness, and supported postures — all from a sturdy chair — with variations offered to provide a deeper challenge for those looking to expand their practice or explore how chair yoga can complement other advanced forms.

Space is limited to 15 participants, so please reserve your spot in advance!

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR EVENTS

Registration for all events, including trainings and immersion workshops, is non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by contacting us via phone, email, or in person.

We understand that plans can change, but our no-refund policy helps us maintain the quality and sustainability of our offerings. Organizing events requires significant time, effort, and resources from both the studio and our teachers. In addition, many of our trainings & workshops have limited spacing — last-minute cancellations not only prevent others from attending, but also affect the viability of the event for our dedicated instructors. As a small, local business, your understanding and cooperation not only helps us support our teachers, but also allows us to continue providing enriching experiences for our community!
