Embrace the turning of the seasons, the lengthening of the nights, and the darkness of the new moon with an evening of restoration and deep relaxation.

Winter offers us a chance to slow down and recover from the energetic thrum of the summer months. Together we’ll pause before the coming rush of the holiday season to explore the quiet, subtle wisdom these months have to offer. Tune into your intuition, tend to what needs tending, or simply come to relax.

This 90-minute class will open with a luxurious restorative yoga practice, leaving you supported and at ease. You’ll then be guided through a full yoga nidra practice. Often referred to as  “yogic sleep”, yoga nidra is an extended guided meditation that relaxes the body and mind, systematically moving through the layers of experience to release stress, increase self awareness, strengthen your connection to the unconscious, and connect with your truest self.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Registration for all events, including trainings and immersion workshops, is non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by contacting us via phone, email, or in person.
