Join Kendall and Liza to slow down, soften, and cultivate inner listening and presence through stillness in this four-part Yin Yoga and mindfulness series that revolves around the ancient Buddhist practice of shamatha, “calm abiding.” Sessions interweave long-held Yin postures with sensory exploration and meditation to support you in rest, self-inquiry, and nervous system regulation. Themes will gently unfold week by week, encouraging you to return through yourself to yourself by way of intuition, emotional resilience, and embodied self-compassion.
Whether you're new to Yin or returning to the practice, this series offers a supportive space to come home to yourself—at a slower, more sustainable pace. All bodies and levels of experience are welcome.

*SLIDING SCALE PRICING GUIDELINES:
BYC’s sliding scale pricing model helps keep our events accessible while sustaining the costs of running our studio and making it possible for our teachers to thrive. We ask you to choose the tier that best reflects your household’s current financial situation. Your selection is personal and honored without judgment — we trust you to choose what feels right for your circumstances.
Community – For those with limited financial flexibility who can meet basic needs, but where higher rates would limit participation
Sustainer – For those with reliable income and minimal financial strain; covers the cost of the program and helps keep it running
Supporter – For those with financial security who can comfortably contribute more; goes beyond covering costs — helps us grow, supports fair wages, and expands access for others
