Join Mackenzie and her local Acro partner, Kyra Herzberger, for a fun and accessible four-week introduction to acrobatic yoga and the essential building blocks of partner yoga. This series covers core principles of Acro, including foundational poses for basing and flying, how to stack your bones for efficient support, and how to safely work with a partner so you can move with clarity and confidence in each role. Emphasis is placed on the art of practicing yoga with a partner, with attention to building strength, stability, and trust through clear technique and supported learning. The intention is to create a foundation for your shared practice that feels safe, sustainable, and empowering.

Please note that this offering involves close physical proximity with others and may include hands-on assistance from a spotter when needed for safety. For the best experience, we recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows for ease of movement and won’t get in the way during inversions.

This series is open to all levels — no prior experience necessary! You are not required to register with a partner, though you’re welcome to enroll with a friend if you’d like.

*Price is per person. If you’d like to enroll with a friend or partner, each person will need to pre-register separately.


CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Registration for all events, including trainings and immersion workshops, is non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by contacting us via phone, email, or in person.
