Guided by Brandis — certified Physical Therapist, Yoga Teacher, and Yoga Therapist — this 4-part series offers gentle yet effective practices designed to stabilize and strengthen your body’s core and lumbar region, so you can move with greater ease and confidence both on and off the mat. By blending anatomy education and therapeutic alignment with mindful movement, physical therapy-informed core strengthening, and meditation, Brandis will show you how to develop a sustainable practice that helps alleviate low back discomfort and build resilience. From this series, you’ll gain practical tools and a clearer understanding of how your body works, so you can feel more stable and supported from the inside out.

The practices covered in these sessions are ideal for anyone experiencing stiffness, tension, or mild discomfort in the low back and/or for those wanting to build core strength, stability, and confidence in their body through a supportive, whole-body approach.

About Brandis:

    Brandis began practicing as a Physical Therapist 19 years ago and always felt that something was missing in the traditional healthcare model. After training as a Professional Yoga Therapist and relieving her own chronic pain she knew she had found the missing link. Her whole practice changed, both personally and professionally, as she started to see more improvement and changes in herself and those she worked with. By combining principles of Physical Therapy and Yoga Therapy with her training in Functional Nutrition, she found that addressing a person as a whole, versus only treating their diagnosis, helped clients get back to the life they loved. Brandis incorporates the therapeutic benefits of PhysioYoga and Ayurveda into her practice, empowering each individual to holistically tap into the innate strength of their body for healing and recovery.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Registration for all events, including trainings and immersion workshops, is non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by contacting us via phone, email, or in person. Thank you for your consideration with this policy as so much time, resources, and heart go into planning these experiences for our community!
