50-Hour Mindful Yin
Yoga Training Immersion

with Liza Higbee-Robinson & Kendall Tetsworth

November 6 - 8 & 13 - 15, 2026

Join Liza and Kendall for a 50-hour immersion into the practices and principles of Yin Yoga and mindfulness. This training takes a slower, more intentional approach —exploring how Yin Yoga can support both the physical body and the subtle, energetic systems through thoughtful, informed practice. Drawing from Taoist philosophy, Chinese Medicine and meridian theory, alongside functional anatomy and modern understandings of the nervous system, you’ll learn how to work with the body as it is —supporting both structure and subtle energy through a more nuanced lens.

Across two immersive weekends, you’ll move through a balance of Yin Yoga practice, lecture, hands-on exploration, and practice teaching. Rather than approaching Yin as a fixed sequence of shapes, this training frames it as a responsive, evolving practice rooted in awareness. Whether your intention is to teach or to deepen your personal practice, this immersion offers space to listen more closely, respond more skillfully, and engage Yin Yoga with greater depth and clarity.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY FOR TRAININGS

Registration for all events, including trainings and immersion workshops, is non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by contacting us via phone, email, or in person.

We understand that plans can change, but our no-refund policy helps us maintain the quality and sustainability of our offerings. Organizing events requires significant time, effort, and resources from both the studio and our teachers. In addition, many of our trainings & workshops have limited spacing — last-minute cancellations not only prevent others from attending, but also affect the viability of the event for our dedicated instructors. As a small, local business, your understanding and cooperation not only helps us support our teachers, but also allows us to continue providing enriching experiences for our community!
