Through a blend of mindful movement and therapeutic alignment, you’ll build a steady foundation so your shoulders feel strong and supported — both on and off your mat.

Ideal for those experiencing stiffness, tension, or mild discomfort, this series provides practical tools and simple strategies that build resilience, prevent issues from progressing, and encourage safe, confident movement in both yoga and daily life. Through clear, accessible instruction and hands-on demonstrations, Brandis will help you develop a sustainable practice that protects your shoulders while supporting long-term strength and flexibility.

*This series meets four times over a 5-week span and includes a bye-week — no class the week of Thanksgiving (Nov. 27)

About Brandis:

  • Brandis Gunderson

    Brandis began practicing as a Physical Therapist 19 years ago and always felt that something was missing in the traditional healthcare model. After training as a Professional Yoga Therapist and relieving her own chronic pain she knew she had found the missing link. Her whole practice changed, both personally and professionally, as she started to see more improvement and changes in herself and those she worked with. By combining principles of Physical Therapy and Yoga Therapy with her training in Functional Nutrition, she found that addressing a person as a whole, versus only treating their diagnosis, helped clients get back to the life they loved. Brandis incorporates the therapeutic benefits of PhysioYoga and Ayurveda into her practice, empowering each individual to holistically tap into the innate strength of their body for healing and recovery.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Registration for all events, including trainings and immersion workshops, is non-refundable. However, if you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another person by contacting us via phone, email, or in person. Thank you for your consideration with this policy as so much time, resources, and heart go into planning these experiences for our community!
