Yin Yoga, Meditation & Live Cello

with Kendall Tetsworth & Ben Workman Smith

Friday | March 27
6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Location: Granary Ave Studio
Investment: $30

Join Kendall and local cellist, Ben Workman Smith, as they bring together yin yoga, guided meditation, and live cello to support the body and nervous system during spring — the time associated with the Wood element in traditional Chinese medicine. Spring is linked with growth, circulation, and the smooth flow of energy, and this practice is designed to gently support those processes without force or excess.

Meditation will focus on attention, clarity, and softening inner tension — qualities traditionally associated with the Wood element when it is well supported. Live cello weaves through the experience, offering a steady, resonant soundscape that supports deep listening and embodied presence.
