Gather with Mackenzie and local acupuncturist, Cadie Selah for a deeply restorative evening as we transition toward the summer months. Through a blend of guided practices, we’ll explore the balance between the inner warrior and inner healer — cultivating both clear, grounded boundaries and the capacity to soften, listen, and restore.
We’ll begin with a 70-minute slow Vinyasa flow and Yin practice led by Mackenzie, designed to help you move inward, slow down, and nourish your body's energetic roots and reservoirs of vitality. As you settle into savasana, Cadie will offer a few gentle acupuncture points to help you integrate the themes of the practice. We’ll close our evening together with a warm cup of tea shared in quiet reflection — a moment to seal in the nourishment and rest.
