Join Certified Yoga Therapist, Cat Enright, for this five-week series to help recognize and manage anxiety. Over 40 million adults in the US suffer from anxiety, and the ancient wisdom of yoga offers a wide variety of support. Each two-hour session will include breath work, meditation, visualization, movement, and confidential (optional) sharing. Learn how to reconnect with yourself, come back home into your body, and enjoy the agency to choose how you will respond to life's continuous challenges. This series is open to all ages and abilities.

Yoga Therapy is a somatic approach to wellness, addressing overall health through physical, mental, emotional and spiritual counseling.

    Cat Enright has been on the yogic path for over 35 years, and has been offering her wisdom and experience in Bellingham since 2002. She apprenticed with Judith Lasater, and incorporates the riches of Iyengar, Prajna and Anusara traditions into her teaching. In her classes and workshops, she encourages students to open to the subtle body, often weaving poetry, yogic and Buddhist philosophy into the movement and breath practices. As a certified yoga therapist, she meets clients individually, to guide their exploration of body, mind, and heart issues.
