Hannah Stone

Massage Therapy
LMT

Hannah came to bodywork as an ecologist, adventure sports athlete, and outdoor educator. She had the opportunity to lead groups for months at a time in remote wilderness settings while teaching rock climbing, leadership, and personal and group development. This presented her ample experience working through physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual imbalances in students, and gave her an intimate understanding of the power of Nature to support healing. Holistic healthcare and working with natural systems to support wellness remains a high priority in her massage therapy work.

In addition to massage, she is finishing her two-year practitioner training in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) through the Human Development Center in Bellingham. Hannah continues to train in psychosomatic therapy through movement, Family and Systems Constellation, dreamwork, Nature Practice, and Somatic Coaching through Embody Lab.

Hannah specializes in treatment oriented massage that upholds BCST principles of working with a client's nervous system, honoring their inherent treatment plan, and practicing deep listening. Her own inquiry into intuitive touch has led many clients to comment on her unique style of massage. Clients frequently inform her of their improved health outcomes and ability to integrate their treatments, so she thinks this way is working. Hannah currently offers deep tissue, therapeutic, sports, Swedish, perinatal, postpartum, and lymphatic drainage massage, as well as biodynamic craniosacral therapy. Additionally, Hannah studies Eastern healing traditions and medicine from ancient cultures as a personal interest. Her pursuit of learning, openness to multiple ways of knowing, and deep roots in Nature can be felt through her touch.

In her free time, Hannah loves dancing Brazilian zouk, growing food, making art, and spending as much time outdoors with loved ones as she can.
