Dani fell in love with yoga early on and loved the balance of strength, flexibility and mental clarity that it offered. With a professional background in dance and well over a decade worth of practice and extensive training in several styles of yoga; Dani fuses her practice with creative movement, self-love and empowerment. 

Dani brings a unique mix of movement and meditation as well as a contagious energy to her classes.  Dani's mission is to empower people to feel safe and at home in their bodies while also celebrating their own unique gifts and selves.
