Vinyasa | Mantra + Pranayama
E-RYT 500 // YACEP

Jen loves to teach with devotion to enliven creativity. Her vinyasa classes incorporate Sanskrit chanting, functional asana sequencing, and practical application of yoga philosophy. Her yin classes live at the confluence of modern day neuroscience and Traditional Chinese Medicine. She holds a deep reverence for Yoga as an Indian and South Asian practice with deep cultural traditions. In Jen's classes, one can expect a clear theme, accessible sequence, and opportunity for challenge—delivered with care and warmth.

Her primary teachers include Nubia Teixeira, Toni Cupal, Jennifer Lane, and Leah Adams. She is influenced by the work of Sally Kempton, Dr. Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Sophie Strand, Paul Grilley, and Andrew Huberman.

Jen is an enthusiastic maker of japa malas, yantras, and pottery. Outside of the studios, she enjoys birdwatching and kayaking with her husband and chihuahua.
