Satsang, an association with the highest truth—a gathering together of like-minded people, in wholesome, uplifting company—has been taking place in one form or another for as long as people have been coming together in community. Winter solstice marks the longest night of the year and signals the return of the light. Join Jonathan and Amanda to honor the darkness, pause, reflect and generate forward motion with intention.

Spring equinox brings forth a balance of day and night. For millennia, the spring equinox has been celebrated across cultures as a time of creativity and renewal, our ancestors marking this period with ritual and celebration. Join Amanda and Jonathan + live musical accompaniment in celebration of the balance of light and dark and the emergence of the spring season.

This two hour practice is an invitation to gently navigate the transition from the quiet and introspective focus of winter to the more outward, engaged energies of spring. In the shifts of the seasons lies the possibility of discomfort in change. This time is an opportunity to tenderly move through change together, returning to the richness of our own light & raising our energies in good company!
