February 7 - June 27, 2027
(4) Virtual Zoom Sessions
+
(3) In-Person Four-Day Intensives (Thurs - Sun)
What becomes possible when yoga is approached not simply as exercise, but as a lifelong path of study, practice, and transformation?
What if your yoga practice could become a more skillful, sustainable, and meaningful expression of who you are?
How might your teaching — and your personal practice — evolve through sustained study with an experienced mentor and committed community?
This 108-hr immersion is a rich and transformational course of study created for dedicated practitioners and teachers seeking a more profound engagement with the art, science, and philosophy of yoga. Through a thoughtfully integrated curriculum of philosophical inquiry, functional anatomy, alignment-based asana, pranayama, and meditation, participants cultivate greater discernment, embodiment, and fluency in both personal practice and teaching.
The training is structured around three in-person 4-day intensives that provide an immersive environment for experiential learning, meaningful dialogue, and sustained exploration. Between gatherings, students participate in four online integration sessions designed to reinforce essential concepts, encourage consistent application, and support the assimilation of material into everyday life and practice.
