Yoga & Acupuncture: Preparing for Winter

with Mackenzie Rae & Ash Goddard (DACM, L.Ac.)

Increasing Vitality & Strengthening Immunity

Friday | December 5
6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Location: Granary Ave Studio
Investment: $40

Gather with Mackenzie and local acupuncturist, Ash Goddard for a deeply grounding and restorative evening as we transition into the stillness of winter. We’ll begin with a 70-minute slow and restorative yoga flow led by Mackenzie designed to help you move inward, slow down, and nourish your body's energetic roots and reservoirs of vitality. As you settle into savasana, Cadie will help you integrate the themes of the practice by offering gentle acupuncture along intentional points designed to nourish, support immunity, and help release physical or energetic tension that no longer serves as we enter a new season. We’ll close our evening together with a warm cup of tea shared in quiet reflection — a moment to seal in the nourishment and rest.
