Please ensure you are able to attend the retreat dates before submitting this form, as the $500 deposit is non-refundable. To reserve your space, you must complete all three of the following:
(1) fill out all required fields of this registration form
(2) review and electronically sign the Agreement at the bottom, and
(3) submit your $500 non-refundable deposit

Once your form and deposit have been received, we will follow up to confirm your accommodation selection and provide additional retreat details. All information collected will be kept private and used only for retreat planning purposes and ensuring a safe, supportive experience.

A 3% processing/admin fee will be added to deposits paid by credit card. If you would like to pay by cash or check instead, please contact Claire at claire@bellinghamyogacollective.com to make arrangements after submitting this form.
